As a performance coaching company that encourages and supports individuals and organisations to go beyond their comfortable boundaries to achieve extraordinary success and change, we are delighted to be a part of this awesome feat. And all alongside their respective ‘day jobs’!
The event will see them run 87 miles from Marble Arch in London to Dover; take part in a 21-mile relay swim across the Channel and cycle 200 miles from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Simon Patenall, Darren Woodhall, Richard Easterbrook, Dawn Green, Stephen Jones, and Tim Somers are likely to encounter extreme sea temperatures and sea sickness, not to mention negotiating with white van drivers and the somewhat erratic French (and English!) motorists on route. The team expects the challenge to take them around 36 hours in aid of three charities - BIRD (Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Development), The Samaritans and Bowel Cancer UK.
